Annet Otago is the Managing Partner at the firm and a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds a Master of Laws (Commercial Law) Degree from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the same institution and a post-graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School Of Law.
She has a vast experience in Litigation, Legislative Drafting, Dispute Resolution, Conveyancing Transactions and Intellectual Property. She is also skilled at Commercial Law: both non-contentious briefs including tax, business set up, contract drafting, company law, real estate deals, insolvency as well as employment law.
Annet has acted for a wide range of clients across the legal fields of practice and she regularly handles legal briefs before various Courts (all levels) and Regulatory Authorities including the Competition Authority and the Kenya Industrial Property Tribunal.
She has previously worked with the Firm of Wanyaga & Njaramba Co. Advocates, Mwenda Royford & Co. Advocates and Equity Bank Kenya Limited where she has had an opportunity to acquire unique experience in Litigation, Legislative Drafting & Policy Review and Advisory on Employee Relations, Corporate Financing, Marketing Options, Legal Compliance as well as Corporate Governance.
